Mike started in radio and television before he graduated from high school and was a television executive by the age of 24. Mike was an executive producer of the evening news, live sports (including Super Bowls), live political coverage, documentaries and even a Papal visit. He moved from the production suite to the C-Suite when he joined the Tribune Company, where he launched the nation’s largest regional 24-hour cable news channel. He was the first person to introduce cameras into the print newsroom, revolutionizing the platform, and has consulted for the BBC, CBS, Fox and the CPB. He also was part of a team that developed the Full Service Network project with Time Warner, a forerunner to the asynchronous interactive media universe.
Prior to launching Bridge View Media, Mike created both a venture capital fund and a strategicadvisory firm that worked with consumer products, online education, finance, and technologyfirms. He also served as President of an international online learning company and has extensive expertise in both curriculum and instructional design for both profit and non-profit organizations.
