What we do

We turn your IP and content into a revenue-generating, instructional online learning platform through a structured, step-by-step process that includes:

  • Investment assessment and analysis:
    • We assess your content, your audience and we conduct a cost-benefit analysis
  • Strategy
    • We create an end-to-end strategy that takes you from idea to implementation and includes cost estimates, customer pricing, content refresh cycles, personnel and software costs.
  • Curriculum development
    • We review your current delivery method, assess levels of interactivity needed, and whether the learning needs to be real-time or recorded.
  • Instructional design
    • We work with a team of instructional designers to develop courses, from one-off lectures to certified programs and continuing education.
  • Content production
    • We produce the video and educational content needed to meet your learning objectives.
  • Platform integration
    • We assess whether your existing software can integrate with databases such as enrollment and payment. If not, we work with you and our team of software developers to create custom software.
  • Customer service protocols
    • We work with you to develop customer service protocols for those who’ll work with your audience on any content or technical issues that may arise during the courses.
  • Training
    • We work with your on-demand team to ensure they’re fully trained on all aspects of the program

Media Design in action

A client had delivered a variety of seminars and courses in person for years, serving a diverse range of audiences. Some of the programs were informational, others were part of accredited courses. When the pandemic necessitated a quick switch to online delivery, we worked with the program team to develop processes and training for speakers, covering topics as wide ranging as content preparation, technology tips, and camera etiquette. The processes became the foundation for seminar and speaker prep as the programs continued online

In a recent project for an internationally known psychological institute, BVM worked for over two years strategically developing and managing all aspects of a conversion from third party to internally produced and distributed on-demand content.  BVM collaborated with the client on the initial strategy and on the initial projections and then managed all aspects of the project including: curriculum and instructional design; staffing and launch protocols; course production; technology selection and implementation; custom software development; internal operational protocols; future course pipeline and ROI improvements.  The project was finished on-time and on budget and the client has seen significant growth in revenues as a result of bringing the learning program in-house.
